On Wednesday night, September 14, the Russian troops attacked the settlements of Dnipropetrovsk region, 75 shells were released per night. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Valentin Reznichenko on Telegram. The enemy opened fire on the Nikopol and Manganese communities in heavy artillery. It was without the dead and the victims. The video of the day Nikopol himself was attacked twice.
