Energy from other regions were attracted to the restoration, and it was also decided to increase the number of reserve sources. "Energy and gas workers work around the clock. The necessary equipment is being delivered promptly for repair work," the leg reported. The city employs 120 points of indomitable, where Ukrainians can warm up and recharge their phone. In the direction of Kyiv -Shatter organized combined transportation - by train and bus. The traffic routes were adapted in view of the danger.

On October 7, the mayor stated that round -the -clock work on the restoration of utilities is still ongoing. "It is difficult to restore power supply in residential districts, so far, according to temporary schedules, with limited volumes. This approach allows you to stabilize the power system and move to increasing the volume of power supply," he explained. There are some entrances and apartments without gas supply.

The number of locations where the vulnerable categories of the population distribute hot food and tea, increased from 5 to 10 only in three days. Experts bypass homes where single elderly people and persons with disabilities live, providing them with help.
