The former first deputy head of the SBU Special Operations Center Valery Shaytanov was accused of treason, completed by a terrorist act, as well as illegal handling of firearms (Part 1 of Article 111, Part 2 of Article 15 of Article 5 of Art. . 27 Part 2 of Article 258, Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
