"People can still be under the rubble, so searching and rescue work continues. One man who works there is blocked among the rubble. He is now safe," he wrote.

Mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov stated that two children and two doctors were among the victims in the Saltiv district. Three cars were burning.
