The author comes to this assumption on the basis of the following numbers of the serial number, which mean the quarter and year of production. The last characters indicate the party and the rocket number in it. In Russia, rockets are actually used from the production line, which can indicate inventory reduction. At the same time, the Kremlin probably managed to increase the production of missiles. The initial grades of three missiles per month were incorrect.

Since 2018, the Russian Federation has produced at least one X-101 every four days. The Ukrainian air defense has knocked down a rocket that was only partially installed.
