The employee of the US special services was imprisoned for 22 years for espionage in favor of the Russian Federation

The former employee of the ANB requested $ 85,000 for the transfer of secret files. In court, he pleaded guilty and explained that he wanted to harm the US interests and help Russia. Up to 22 years in prison, a former employee of the US National Security Agency Jarech Sebastian Dalke for espionage in favor of Russia was condemned. This was reported by the US Department of Justice.

"32-year-old Jareh Sebastian Dalke from Colorado Springs was sentenced to 262 months in prison for attempting espionage due to the fact that he tried to transmit secret information on national defense of the Russian Federation agent," the message reads. In fact, the role of the Russian agent played one of the employees of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, but Dalke believed that it was a real representative of the Russian special services.

In August 2022, Dalke invited $ 85,000 to transmit secret information from the Russian Party. The convicted person argued that this information would have value for Russia. In order to confirm the seriousness of his intentions, Dalke conveyed to the FSB employee of five files: four fragments of classified documents and written in Russian by a letter in which he asked if the "Russians" needed the full version of these documents.

The FBI arrested Dalke on September 28, 2023, a moment after he handed over files. The court found that all the documents, the fragments of which Dalke handed over to the FSB employee of the Russian Federation, were under the stamp "quite secretly". Dalke got access to them while working in the ABC. In court, Jareh pleaded guilty of attempting to transmit secret information to a foreign agent and explained his actions by trying to harm the United States.

"As part of his Agreement, Dalke has admitted that he deliberately handed the files to the FBI's secret online employee with intention and reason to believe that this information would be used to harm the United States and benefit Russia," US Justice Dalke worked in the ABO designer on the safety of information systems Recall that on April 25, the real term of imprisonment was received by the FSB agent with the name "Lexus", which operated on the border of Kharkiv region, collecting information about the places of base and moving the units of defense forces in the territory.
