This innovation will allow commanders to improve the organization and support of the recruitment measures of volunteers," the message reads. It is noted that in accordance with the Government Resolution of May 16, 2024 No. 560, commanders were allowed to call volunteers directly to military units without contacting territorial centers of staffing and social support.
Prior to that, the Armed Forces operated recruitment centers in the Land Forces, the Navy, the Airborne Assault Troops, Special Operations and Territorial Defense. Meanwhile, the recruitment centers of the Ukrainian army are now actively sending messages to citizens with proposals for mobilization, where they promise to help to choose the unit and specialization in accordance with the client's wishes.
