Agrosector on the verge: a tax mess threatens bankruptcy of companies during the war

At the time when the agrarian sector of Ukraine suffers from unprecedented challenges: war in the country, drought, shutdown of light, there is another threat - the arbitrariness of the tax authorities. One of the victims of this arbitrariness is Promettey. The actions of the tax inspection literally paralyze the work of accounting, suspend the financial activity of the company, forcing its employees to focus solely on the search for violations, not on their direct work.

Very often, tax employees still cannot find what they were looking for, and then the accusations are so absurd that the company and even the taxpayers know that it is deliberately losing their business in court. Now, the penalties and judicial spores are not complete, the tax has started a real war against business. This is a new trend among inspections that turn into a systemic problem for many businesses across the country.
