The ministers, their deputies, the chairman and the state commissioner of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the People's Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada, the judge of the Supreme Court and the High Specialized Courts, etc. may be exercised by this right.
The complete list of persons who occupy a particularly responsible position is in the note to Art. 51-3 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption. The Cabinet of Ministers, in turn, approved Resolution No. 560, which amended the order of conscripts. Article 368 has made changes according to which the convicted officials who held a particularly responsible situation will be able to carry out military service instead of punishment exclusively in the relevant specialized units of military units.
