Russia's point attacks by "shahads": the NSDC explained the reason

The rocket production does not allow the Kremlin to conduct intense fighting with the use of this type of weapons, so shock UAVs are cheaper tools for the task. Due to today's night shelling, in particular, in the Zhytomyr region, emergency shutdowns have already been introduced. Shamoya Russia is attacking energy infrastructure in Ukraine to save rockets. This is a cheaper war for war than the use of rockets. The head of the Center for Combating Misinformation Andriy Kovalenko told about it.

He added that rocket production does not allow the Russian Federation to wage an intense war with their constant use. Russia accumulates them at strategic aviation aerodromes. "Shahda is a cheaper tool, although the effectiveness of these UAVs is more suitable for civilian terror than for use for intended purposes (the percentage of their effectiveness barely exceeds 10%)," the CPD head said.

By the way, in some regions of Ukraine, emergency shutdowns have been introduced due to another enemy attack on energy infrastructure. In particular, the lack of light was reported in "Zhytomyroblenergo". "In connection with the next attack of the enemy on the energy infrastructure of the region, there are emergency shutdowns in Korosten, Zhytomyr and Zvyagel districts," the message reads. The department noted that all services were engaged in elimination of damage.

It should be added that on the night of November 6, Russian Armed Forces attacked Kiev by shock drones of the Shahamed type. As a result of the attack, fires occurred in the capital and residential buildings were damaged. The fragments of Russian drones fell in four districts of the capital: Pechersky, Holosiivskyi, Solomensky, Obolonsky. The first incidents took place in the Holosiivskyi district about 2 am on November 7.
