He emphasized that this knowledge can save life. The second direction is to increase efforts at the level of territorial communities. The expert noted that volunteers who are not subject to further mobilization can now replenish mobile air defense groups.
They are subordinate to the command of territorial defense forces. We will remind, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine agreed to involve in the aircraft of members of paramilitary formations and volunteer formations of territorial communities. Volunteers with appropriate skills will be able to knock down Russian "Shahda" and receive financial support up to 100,000 hryvnias a month.
