The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation invented a new catapult for the crew of the tank: what is wrong with it - experts

The invention appeared after during the two years of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation lost more tanks than they had an invasion of Ukraine. Defense Express experts told about the peculiarities of the tank crew catapulting system. Experts drew attention to the user of the social network X (Twitter), related to the resource BTVT. info, on which they write about Russian tanks. The author posted two illustrations that made it possible to understand how the system would work. According to Defense Express experts, the Russians may have problems with this invention. According to the idea of ​​Russian designers, the crew is in a special capsule with pyropatron. The capsule is located in the front of the tank, has special axis of rotation and is mounted on skins with springs and screeds.

The experts noticed in the scheme that the crew is protected from the ammunition with armored plants, and the shells are invested so that they "look" in the other direction. The author of the publication did not describe in detail how catapulting. He only reported that the brake was working and the engine is suppressed.
