Putin and Trump's meeting: Russia called the likely date of the leader summit

According to the Russian media, citing sources, the meeting of Russian Presidents Vladimir Putin and USA Donald Trump may take place next week. In particular, according to TASS, the assistant of the Russian leader Yuri Ushakov stated that the next week was defined as a landmark for negotiations.

"There was a landmark - the next week, but the parties are just beginning to prepare for this important meeting. How much preparation will continue - it is difficult to say. However, the option of the meeting next week was considered completely, and we treat it positively," Ushakov said. Earlier, The New York Times reported that Trump was expecting to meet Putin next week. In addition, the Kremlin considers the United Arab Emirates one of the possible places for the summit.
