The Chairman of the Reservists Council Ivan Timochko believes that together with the destruction of the diplomats will carry out their work. The interaction of all authorities will play an important role.

The effectiveness of potential negotiations between Ukraine and Russia in the second half of 2025, which was previously spoken by the representative of the Ministry of Defense, Vadim Skibitsky and US Presidential Advisor to National Security Jake Sullivan, will only be possible in the event of effective offensive actions of the Armed Forces. This was stated in a comment from Channel 24 by the chairman of the Ranid Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ivan Tymochko.

He noted that international associations are now being created to negotiate. For Ukraine, this is a positive point, since at the legislative level our country cannot negotiate direct negotiations. Ivan Timochko is also convinced that the military will knock the enemy out of the Ukrainian territory, while the negotiations will be diplomats. It is necessary to focus on cooperation of all authorities.

If each of them effectively fulfill its powers and functions, it will be the key to successful offensive and negotiation. "The purpose of the offensive is to liberate territories, to encourage the enemy to negotiate on our conditions, to influence international leaders and politicians to form allies.
