At the same time, journalists noted that the maximum punishment for such charges is up to 10 years in prison: the judge will be announced later. Meanwhile, AFP made a comment by Marin Le Pen. According to her, the court is a "political persecution" that seems to be deprived of some of the French opportunities to protect their interests. "The sentence can lead to my political death.
