India will buy Pralay ballistic missiles to protect against China and Pakistan

India's Defense Office plans to buy almost 120 ammunition, which will be located along contradictory borders with China and Pakistan. The Indian Ministry of Defense has decided to buy ballistic missiles capable of striking targets up to 500 km. About it reports the Indian edition of The Economic Times. The Indian army will acquire nearly 120 Pralay missiles. It is stated that such ammunition is extremely difficult to intercept with conventional air defense systems.

The acquisition of ballistic missiles in India is perceived as a big event. Moreover, China and Pakistan also have ballistic missiles. "The High Defense Meeting has removed the obstacles to the purchase of 120 missiles for the Armed Forces and their deployment along the border," the source of the publication said. The missiles are planned along contradictory borders with China and Pakistan. With China in India, the rocket has developed an organization of defense research and development.

The range of defeat of the ballistic missile ranges from 150 to 500 km, and further its range can increase even more. Work on its creation has been done since 2015. In 2021, successful rocket tests were completed. It is stated that Pralay can change its trajectory after overcoming a certain distance in the air. Paralaay missiles can destroy the enemy aircraft of long -range air defense, as well as other important objects of the enemy.
