WAKS confiscated 100% of the assets of the Greek-Russian billionaire Savidi and his wife

According to the CPC, the Russian oligarch Savidi was elected twice as a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from the party "Edina Rossia", publicly welcomed the annexation of Crimea by Russia and has state awards of the Russian Federation. The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (WACS) confiscated 100% of corporate actions and the rights of two large Ukrainian enterprises that belonged to the Greek-Russian billionaire Ivan Savid and his wife.

This was reported at the Center for Combating Corruption (CPC). "The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court granted the claim of the Ministry of Justice to recover the assets of the Russian-Greek oligarch Ivan Savidi and his wife Kiriyaki," the statement reads. Among the confiscated assets: the CPC added that Savidi's wife is the nominal owner of a number of firms in Ukraine, although her husband actually owns the business.

"If the decision stands on the appeal, then the ball will be on the State Property Fund, because the confiscated company works, pays taxes and has a team of 200 people. We will monitor the SPFU's actions about this asset," the statement reads. We will remind, on January 29, the Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit against the Wax on the application of the sanction provided for in paragraph 11 of Part 1 of Art. 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On Sanctions" to Ivan Savidi and his wife Kiriyaki Savidi.

Ivan Savidi is a Russian businessman of Greek origin, who has a close connection with the authorities of the Russian Federation and the pro -government party "Edina Russia". Twice he was elected deputy of the State Duma from the Party "Edina Rossia", publicly welcomed the annexation of Crimea by Russia, was a sponsor of a number of Russian-patriotic festivals in the half island.

In April 2022, he directed cars and generators into a self -proclaimed "DNR", for which he had personal thanks from the leaders of this group. He has state awards of the Russian Federation - in 2020 President Vladimir Putin awarded Savida with the Order of success.

Savidi is also the President of the Federal National and Cultural Autonomy of the Greeks of Russia, through which it provides ideological support for the Russian Federation through glorification, that is, exaltation, glorification of President Vladimir Putin and military personnel of the Russian occupation army. This activity, according to the CPC, has a permanent and long -lasting nature - has been carried out by Savida since 2014.

In addition, in the context of a full-scale invasion, with the aim of facilitating the management of temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories, Ivan Savida maintains links and provides logistical support to self-proclaimed bodies and their management. He is also a shareholder of the Agrocom Food Group, owns the Greek football club Paok, the Sea Port of Thessaloniki and other business in Greece. Kiriyaki Savidi is one of the richest women in the Rostov region of the Russian Federation. She is the nominal owner of a number of companies, and her husband actually owns the business.
