There may be no restrictions in farming in Ukraine when terrorists do not have such restrictions - Presidential appeal

Dear Ukrainians, Ukrainians! Now all over the country is the elimination of the consequences of a Russian blow. It was one of the biggest blows - combined. More than a hundred rockets of different types and about a hundred Shahmed. And, like most of the previous Russian blows, is the same sneaky, aimed at critical, civilian infrastructure. In most of our regions - from Kharkiv and Kiev to Odessa and our western regions. Unfortunately, there are dead. My condolences to all relatives and loved ones.

There are dozens of wounded - everyone is provided with the necessary help. Many damage in the energy. But everywhere, where there is power outage, restorative work is already ongoing. Our repair crews will work around the clock. Electricity - return. In all cities and communities that need it, there should now be open points. And it is very important that our partners realize what we have agreed with them. Air defense systems, missiles to them.

And we must finally come to jointly kill Russian missiles and drones. Today they had targets in Volyn, Lviv, Frankivsk. Vinnytsia region, Khmelnytsky, our Ternopil region. In various regions of Ukraine, we would be able to do much more to protect life if the aviation of our European neighbors worked with our F-16 and with our air defense. If such unity obviously worked in the Middle East, it must work in Europe. Everywhere life has the same value. And one more.

Putin does not betray himself - it is a sick creature, everyone has long been clear. But it is also clear - he can only do what the world allows him to do. Weakness, insufficiency of decisions in response nourishes terror. And every leader, every partner of our partner knows what strong decisions are needed to stop this war - and stop fairly. There may be no restrictions in Ukraine when terrorists do not have such restrictions.
