"We were selected from us Karabakh": Radbez Armenia accused of the loss of territories of Russia

According to the secretary of the department of Armen Grigoryan, Armenia was involved in the war because of dependence on Russia. Without Moscow's permission, the official is convinced, there would be no war. Armenian Security Secretary Armen Grigoryan accused Russia of admiration and subsequent transmission of Nagorny Karabakh Azerbaijan. In an interview with journalists on June 26, he stated that Russia had played a key role in this process, and that without its consent there would be no war.

"Russia came, took away the Nagorny Karabakh, returned it to Azerbaijan, then went, that's all the reality. I claim that Russia had seized Nagorny Karabakh. Without Russia's permission, there would be no war," Grigoryan emphasized. The accusation of the official was in the context of the situation in which Yerevan found himself, being in "complete dependence" on Moscow. "When Armenia was completely dependent on Russia, we didn't have a war? There was.

Let us fix that we were in the war because of this existing situation," he added. The official also emphasized a significant reduction in military-technical cooperation between Armenia and Russia, arguing that it was a conscious decision of Moscow, including the refusal to supply weapons under contracts in 2021 and 2022. According to him, the military-technical cooperation of the two countries fell from 96% to less than 10%.

"I do not want to name names, but I want to say that one high -ranking official from Armenia once said that if Russia supplies weapons and ammunition to Armenia, Armenia's positions will intensify. This is also a reason why they do not supply them," said Secretary of the Radbez. Earlier, Armenian Prime Minister Nicol Pashinyan assumed the opportunity to leave Armenia from the CPU, accusing at least two countries of the organization in support of Azerbaijan and preparing the war against Armenia.
