The owner of Nico5 is the Bulgarian company Vostotech, founded on April 8, 2025. The ultimate beneficiary indicated a citizen of Bulgaria Mikhail Marinov Sevdieva. Another company - GPP Premier Palace LLC - belongs to the Bulgarian GPP Global Play Invest Ltd. The final beneficiary is George Petrov Papazi, the publication says. Both companies are registered with the main activity - the organization of gambling, according to the publication.
