The correspondent visited Soviet Square in Sudzh, talked with the locals and found that the monument to Lenin was destroyed in the city center by the blow of the Russian drone. "The Russian FPV-Dron arrived from there. There is now a front line," the journalist notes. The video shows that only parts remained from Lenin. The military confirms that this happened a day earlier and the nature of the damage indicates the arrival by the front.

On the streets of Sudzhi, you can meet locals and those who came to pick up their relatives, but was forced to stay in the city after damaging their car with fragments. Their journalist met when they rolled the carts from the supermarket. "Please make us a corridor, and people will come out all here, somewhere. I came after my mom, my mom is lying," one of those who came, and now does not know how to leave Sudzhi. The locals say that the number of shelling has decreased in the last few days.

But now there have been problems with water in the city. There are no wells in Sudzha, so people boiled river water for drinking. The supply of technical water to the city of Ukraine organized on August 19, and from now on, Ukrainian military doctors began reception in Sudzh. "There were 10-15 people today, they were admitted, they were assisted. There was a woman with a fragmentary wound. We will treat here, I did a surgical treatment of the wound, cleaned it.

Tomorrow will continue everything,"-said military physician Vladislav. The locals again confirmed that the local authorities did not evacuate. And the whole administration fled immediately. A girl by the name of Ulyana said that drinking water was brought to the Armed Forces promptly, but now residents are afraid that gasoline may end and nothing will be poured into a generator without which there will be no electricity. One Russian who came across his mother asked for a humanitarian corridor.

The other is a resident of Sudzhi, - he said that he would not leave, because there (in the Russian Federation - ed. ) No one is waiting for him, and here he is not "offended" by the Armed Forces.
