In the liberated territory of Kharkiv region found another Russian torture

Thus, in the village of Kozacha Lopan found a torture in the building of the so -called "People's Militia". This was reported in the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office. Violations in Kozachi Loana Russian invaders were arranged in the basement of the People's Militia buildings. Today, on September 17, law enforcement officers conducted an inspection of this premises, seized documents confirming the functioning of the occupation "police", and the apparatus that was tortured by civilians.

"Currently, persons who worked for representatives of the aggressor country in the village of Kozach Lopan are being taken to bring them to criminal liability," the prosecutor's office reported. The inspection of the premises was carried out in the framework of the investigation of criminal proceedings on collaborative activity (Part 7 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The photos that were published in the prosecutor's office can see the torture for torture, the basement, where Ukrainian civilians and even a "document" were detained, which painted the responsibilities of "people's militiamen". In particular, they had to "ensure the safety of personality", "counteract extremism" and "take measures of crime prevention" provided by the laws of the so -called LNR.

The photo shows that civilians were kept in horrible conditions: they were forced to sleep on the floor in a cold basement, without electricity and elementary amenities. We will remind, earlier the representative of the coordination headquarters of prisoners of war Andriy Yusov told that at the counter -offensive of the Armed Forces in the Kharkiv region Russian invaders were massively captured. Moreover, one of them - a tank - even came to give up directly on his tank.
