In the Czech Republic, Ukrainians will lose their defense immediately after the end of the war - the Czech Interior Ministry head

To spread: Vita Rakushan Minister of Internal Affairs noted that Ukrainians will be able to stay in the country - they will apply the same rules as other foreigners. Following the announcement of the ceasefire in Ukraine or the end of the war, no Ukrainian in the Czech Republic will receive temporary protection.

Thanks to this, the second wave will not be prevented and other refugees will not come to the country, including men who would like to join their families - they will have to apply for a certificate, as well as other foreigners. This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs Vita Rakushans of the country, writes Novinky. "No matter how the war is over, no one will come here after graduating from the Institute of Temporary Protection.

In addition, if it was a family reunification, this should happen in accordance with the current rules for foreigners acting in The Czech Republic, "the minister explained. Men who have families in the Czech Republic will not receive automatic protection. They will have to undergo a standard bureaucratic procedure, after which they may be agreed or refused to live in the country.

It is noted that Ukrainian refugees live in the Czech Republic on the basis of temporary protection, which continues annually. In the event of ceasefire or end of the war, temporary protection will end the next day, but they will be able to stay in the country for a certain period of time. They will apply the same rules as other foreigners - Ukrainians will be able to apply for temporary residence or political asylum.

In general, according to polls, the country does not want to leave about half of all Ukrainians. Some of them may change their opinion, but a large number of people can still enter the country. The Czech Republic is preparing for scenarios that may arise if fire in Ukraine. "We prepare relevant documents together with Poland, which presides the Council of the European Union. We want it to be completed in the coming months.

The decision should be made at the entire Union level, as it also guarantees temporary protection to refugees. We seek the draft option Suggestions necessarily appeared during the Polish presidency, "Vit Rakushan said. He added that the country is very active in this matter. "You will not receive such a plan from Spain, France or any other country that does not have such an acute problem as we have," the minister stressed.

Currently, there are more than 990,000 Ukrainian refugees in Poland, and more than 397 thousand in the Czech Republic. In general, to facilitate the return of Ukrainians to the EU, it is planned to create centers for returning: one of them should open in Germany, in Poland and Austria there are negotiations on this issue. The same center will be created in the Czech Republic - it should become a mediator in returning refugees to their homeland.

"They will offer work in Ukraine, housing, life prospects and conditions on which people will return. At the same time, they will also help the Ukrainians who will decide to stay here, organize their move to another country," the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs added. We will remind, on February 12 it became known that the German court allowed the extradition of a Ukrainian who refused to serve in the Armed Forces because of belief.
