Snipers who have not become the best professionals are retrained over time. One of the areas where they have to go is the control of drones. Only those who can shoot as far as possible remain in the profession.

Elena Belozerskaya told about the details of the service in the defense forces of defense and sniper in an interview with the Ukrainian Pravda portal. Belozerskaya mentioned retraining, talking about the weakening of motivation, which is felt at the front over time. Among other things, you need to maintain efficiency on the battlefield. To do this, it is necessary to improve the physical form, to acquire new specialties.

In view of this, some snipers change the direction of work and become drones operators. Instead, those who are able to shoot at a distance of 1-1. 5 km remain in the profession. At the same time, fighters who shoot at 600 are retrained. "Among the snipers are mostly very cool professionals who are able to work more than a kilometer-pitor of the Clometer, sometimes even more. And the rest are not so cool, they are now retrained to FPV-duke operators," the journalists heard.

At the same time, Belozerskaya explained that she, in fact, could not be called a sniper. According to her, snipers are fighters who shoot large caliber long distances. To do this, they have a 3-38 caliber rifle, have a partner or work in a single, penetrate the "gray zone" and hunt there for the goals. Instead, she shoots 600 m: such experts call Marxman. "Marxman is a smaller caliber, smaller distances and, accordingly, a smaller shooter qualification.
