Can take positions: the Armed Forces explained why forced evacuation should be carried out

According to the commander of the engineering support of the 3rd OSHB, Sergei Tyshchenko, if the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation approach the settlements for a distance of up to 15 kilometers, then the situation is exacerbated. This threatens constant shelling and the fact that civilians can start communicating with the enemy. Civilians should be forcibly evacuated from settlements if the front line is approaching too close. They can interfere with the defenders to complete the task.

This opinion was voiced by the commander of the engineering support of the 3rd Separate assault brigade (OSHBR) Sergey Tyshchenko in an interview with Ukrainian Witness. According to him, civilians can communicate with the enemy and may even cooperate with him, which will harm the Armed Forces. In this regard, it is necessary to slide all people from cities and villages if the front line approaches the settlement at a distance of 15 km.

"This is a distance of artillery shelling, so it is necessary to strip the whole city forcibly. And all the military who understand what I speak, know that local is communication with the enemy, identifying any goals, etc. It can also be an obstacle to our forces. It is necessary to start preparing for defense, no longer look at private property, which is guaranteed by law or constitution, " - said Sergey Tishchenko.

Separately, the Ukrainian defender added that if he will need to make a support from a particular house, he will make it. However, if there are civilians who have never left the settlement inside, it will significantly complicate the task. "They need to negotiate with them", somehow influence, call some services, bodies. And who goes there if there is 15-20 or 5-10 km to the line of combat collision? "-summed up Sergey Tishchenko.
