On hundreds of millions of yuan: China received a large order for drones from the Russian Federation

To extend: the contract is drawn up through the two -level intermediary system to maintain confidentiality with the end consumer. In addition, this scheme allows Chinese companies to avoid direct violation of international sanctions. In China, drones battery producers have been on the verge of bankruptcy due to harsh internal competition. However, not so long ago they found a "rescue circle" in the war between Russia and Ukraine. Nikkei Asia writes about it.

Currently, Chinese drone battery manufacturers say their business is thriving because they sell their products for use in the war in Ukraine. These are batteries that are actively used in combat drones, in particular, in FPV. "Last month, we received a large order from Russia for hundreds of millions of yuan. Before signing the contract, our plant was visited by Russian officials to check the quality of products," - said a representative of one of the enterprises in Dunguan.

He noted that the contract is drawn up through the two -level system of intermediaries to maintain confidentiality with the end consumer. In addition, this scheme allows Chinese companies to avoid direct violation of international sanctions. Chinese drone manufacturers say that now their industry is literally "revived" and now international orders make up 70-80%. "We do not understand politics. Whoever pays is, so we sell," the interlocutor said.
