According to the KMVA, as a result of a rocket stroke in the capital is already known about one dead woman and several victims. Most of them were injured. The Russians fired Kiev rockets, resulting in destruction in the capital, people were injured. This was reported by Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko. In Svyatoshinsky district, as a result of "arrival" there was a fire that covered several cars, and also received calls of emergency services in Solomenskyi district.

Later it became known about nine victims in Kiev. The Kyiv City Military Administration (KMVA) showed a photo of the consequences of the fire of Kiev in Solomenskiy district. The building of a children's football school was damaged. Later, the KMVA added that as a result of a missile strike in Kiev, one dead woman and four wounded were already known. Most of them were injured. On January 23, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched ballistic and winged missiles in Ukraine.
