Italy will provide Ukraine with a new military assistance package: the main emphasis on air defense

The Italian Minister agrees with the fellow that Ukraine's restoration should be started to protect its infrastructure. Therefore, military assistance from Rome will also consist of agents that can destroy air purposes. According to Viceremier-Minister-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Italy, Antonio Tayani, a conference on the restoration of Ukraine, in the already formed new military assistance package of Kiev, the emphasis is primarily on air defense. The Italian politician also noted that he agrees with the opinion of his Ukrainian colleague Dmitry Kuleba that the first strategy for the restoration of Ukraine is to protect its infrastructure through various air defense systems.

"I once again emphasized the support of the government of Italy's restoration and reconstruction of Ukraine. Ready to accept the next conference in Italy in 2025," - wrote the head of the foreign policy on the social network "X". We will remind, on June 11, German Chancellor Olaf Scholtz reported that in the near future Germany will provide Ukraine with a third Patriot air defense system. The package will also include IRIS-T, Gepard self-propelled installations, as well as missiles and ammunition.
