The reasons for the attack on the military are currently unknown. On Wednesday, September 11, a resident of the city called law enforcement officers and reported that he witnessed a fight between young men and a man in military uniform, informed in the regional police. The eyewitness shot a fragment of the fight to his mobile phone and handed the video to investigators. Police went to the scene, established several witnesses of the conflict, who have already been interviewed.
