According to him, manufacturers still underwent all checks, but they were mostly negative.
One of the interlocutors of the publication in the authorities says that after the agreement of Zelensky the opening of exports will change. The second scenario is that manufacturers will allow to export half of the volume of Ukrainian contracts. Manufacturers will give some of the revenue to purchase weapons for the Armed Forces. The third scenario is 20% of duties, it is about creating a separate fund, which will pay additional duties from exports.
