To spread: in the frontline Kharkiv, a private educational institution

"Air Air Power Services": In Kharkiv, during a children's graduation, my mother wanted to launch a drone

To spread: in the frontline Kharkiv, a private educational institution "Boyko's Author's School" was almost in the center of a loud scandal: all through the mother of a 4th grade student, which during the graduation evening wanted to launch a drone Mavic. The UAV had to scatter rose petals over her baby. The initiator of the idea argued that allegedly with air defense services "agreed" on the use of drone, told Telefraf.

It is reported that the woman wanted to arrange for her child a "unforgettable graduation" in this way. The Mavic drone, which was used for removal, and in wartime turned into an effective tool for the military, in frontline Kharkiv was to become part of children's graduation. The publication also received a screenshot of the correspondence from a personal chat, where the event was discussed.

Mom was told that it is not possible to use drone for such purposes, especially in view of the ban on the use of UAVs for civilians, which operates from the beginning of a full -scale invasion. The woman replied that she "did not ask" permission, and with the services of the air defense allegedly "agreed", as the correspondence on the screenshot shows. In the end, the Kharkiv residents did not allow such an action during a children's holiday.

The media was interested in the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration for the use of drones. They said that such actions agree several different agencies, including police. Ova also emphasized that the use of perpetrators during martial law was prohibited. According to the clarification, which published the Institute of Mass Media in July 2023, civilians are not forbidden to use drones in Ukraine. However, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in war conditions is limited and requires permission.

The use of drones is possible, for example, for journalistic purposes, if justified, but requires agreement with the Security Service and the Police. Appropriate restrictions are governed by the provisions of the Air Code of Ukraine and the Regulations on the use of Ukraine's airspace. Recall that on June 1, the girl in Tiktok showed how to save on a dress for a prom and create a real masterpiece. Codes research on May 27 also published a study about how much graduation costs in 2025 in Ukraine.
