The Minister of Social Policy Oksana Zholnovich told this in an interview with Mind. According to her, social payments in the second place, so there may be delays.

"Of course, there may be delays because the Treasury covers military expenditures, but after them, at the second level, there are social ones," she said. At the same time, the minister stressed that social costs will be covered in any case because the money is provided by the budget. "However, the non -systematic revenue may form some delays. We have almost avoided this - only sometimes there have been isolated cases where planned payments were delayed for a few days," Zholnovich said.

She also stated that no social payments were planned. Moreover, it can even increase the size, though a little.
