According to Minister Oksana Zholnovich, no reductions in social payments are planned. They will be covered in any case because this money is provided by the budget. During the war with the Russian Federation, the delay of social payments is due to the fact that the main expenses of the country are the army. The Minister of Social Policy Oksana Zholnovich told this in an interview with Mind. According to her, social payments in the second place, so there may be delays.

"Of course, there may be delays because the Treasury covers military expenditures, but after them, at the second level, there are social ones," she said. At the same time, the minister stressed that social costs will be covered in any case because the money is provided by the budget. "However, the non -systematic revenue may form some delays. We have almost avoided this - only sometimes there have been isolated cases where planned payments were delayed for a few days," Zholnovich said.

She also stated that no social payments were planned. Moreover, it can even increase the size, though a little. "Frankly, we now" froze "the subsistence minimum - although it is insufficient compared to the current needs of the society. But no one will diminish it, it is impossible," she said. Earlier it was reported that Ukrainian displaced persons will pay a subsidy for rent. The pilot program can be introduced in one or more regions to evaluate its effectiveness.
