Andriy Yermak, together with American diplomats and businessmen, visited an exhibition dedicated to the struggle of Ukraine with Russian aggression and US assistance in this war

On the occasion of the Independence Day of the United States of America, the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Ermak, together with representatives of political, diplomatic, public and business circles of the United States, visited the National Museum of Ukrainian History in the Second World War. The guests got acquainted with the exhibition "Ukraine - Crucifixion" about the invading war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the indomitability of our country.

Andriy Yermak and US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brynk, together with other participants, viewed, in particular, new exhibitions on the US assistance from the US in the Liberation War against the Russian invaders. In the presented photos, among other things, the most modern American military equipment, which effectively helps to defeat the Russian army in battle and has already become part of modern Ukrainian folklore.

These are primarily Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems, Himars volley fire systems, M777 howitzers, portable anti-aircraft missile complexes Javelin and Styinger, Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, M113 caterpillars, Hummer offset. One of the stands presents personal belongings of the US citizen who fought in the Armed Forces of Ukraine during a full -scale war with the Russian Federation.

One of the central elements of the exhibition is the American flag, presented by President Vladimir Zelensky in the Congress during the speech of the Head of Ukrainian State in December 2022. Along with it is a flag of Ukraine from Azovstal, which is a symbol of heroism and indomitable Ukrainians during this war.

Contacting the audience after the exposition, Andriy Yermak said that it was a great honor for him to be in this event with American partners and friends who celebrate the Independence Day of the United States of Independence for them. “We, Ukrainians, will never forget that you are with us during this terrible war. We see thousands of Ukrainian flags on the streets, on buildings in many US cities.

And I want to thank the American people, President Joseph Biden, Congress and both parties, all of you for this help and support, ”he stressed. The head of the Presidential Office noted that today millions of Ukrainians know the names of Himars and Patriot, because this weapon helps to maintain the lives of our citizens and inspires to continue the struggle. “We will fight to our victory. And I am sure that it will be a common victory for Ukraine and the US.

Because we are fighting for common values, for independence and freedom, ”Andrei Yermak is convinced. The head of the head of state also gave the museum commemorative coins made in honor of the historical speech of the President of Ukraine in the US Congress at the end of 2022. Representatives of the Defense Forces presented Bridget Brynk Flag of Ukraine with inscriptions made by the Ukrainian military, as well as presented chevrons of their units.

For its part, the United States Ambassador noted that on Independence Day, US Americans remember their freedom fighters. “And everyone who is here today, diplomats and representatives of the business community are convinced that Ukrainians will win in their fight. We will stay with you until you defeat, ”she added. The Ukrainian military attendees expressed gratitude to the United States and all the American people for their strong support for Ukraine in these difficult times.
