According to the investigation, former official Vladimir Sivkovich recruited people from the "political office" in Moscow, and the task of his "wards" was to conduct reconnaissance and subversive activities against Ukraine. In the Kyiv region, 15 enterprises that worked in favor of the FSB under the control of the existing Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Vladimir Sivkovich.

The official held this position under the presidency of Viktor Yanukovych, now he is suspected of state community and espionage. This was reported by the SBU spokesman. The Regional performed the political office from Moscow, where he ran at his time. The task of his "wards" was to carry out intelligence and subversive activities against our country, including the coordination of the work of agent networks in frontline areas.

The income from the controlled Sivkovich enterprises that worked in the field of trade, finance, transportation and realtoric activities were aimed at supporting the aggressor and collaborators. During the searches, the SBU staff seized weapons, documents and other evidence that would confirm Sivkovich's illegal activity. Currently, SBU and GBR staff are investigating. It is interesting that Vladimir Sivkovich was the deputy Secretary of the NSDC in 2010-13.
