Traditional Value Contest: The winner of the Russian "Interaction" was a representative of LGBT

To extend: After exclusion from Eurovision, Russia has decided to create its own analogue of the competition called "Interaction". On September 20, performers from the countries of the so -called "global south", including China, Brazil, Vietnam, Tajikistan and Venezuela. The organizers positioned the event as a "competition of traditional values", without LGBT participating and "Western dissolution". The winner was Vietnam Dick Fuk.

However, shortly after the finals, it turned out that the artist is gay and publicly expresses his position both in creativity and social networks, in particular, this can be understood according to his photo on Instagram. He also released a video on "More than Love" song that shows the romantic relationship of two guys. It was viewed by more than 125 million people on YouTube.

Thus, the main event that Moscow tried to present as an alternative to "Eurovision" and a symbol of "tradition" ended with an ironic contradiction: the winner was an executor whose open position is considered "LGBT propaganda" in Russia and is punishable by criminal. "Interaction" is a Russian alternative to "Eurovision", from where Russia was asked to leave after a full -scale invasion of Ukraine. The competition under this name existed from 1965 to 1968 and from 1977 to 1980.
