Marina Prylutskaya's lawyers indicated that the letter from the SBU "contains no reliable information" and the courts of lower instances "biased" considered the circumstances of the case. The official herself claims that Russia has never had. The Supreme Court overturned the decision of the lower court, which declared legitimate the dismissal of the official of the Ministry of Justice Maryna Prylutsk, who voluntarily received Russian citizenship. This is stated in the case file.

The documents of the case do not specify the name of the official, who challenges his dismissal from the post of deputy chief of the Central Interregional Directorate of the Ministry of Justice, however, according to the information "Forensic Newspaper", it said Maryna Prylutsk. The case file refers to a letter from the Security Service of Ukraine, which provided evidence of the presence of the Russian Federation in the Pryluky citizenship.

It is noted that the fact of departure on March 13, 2014 was established by officials in Yalta in a temporarily occupied Crimea, where she registered her place of residence. In addition, according to the document, on May 4, 2014, the official re -arrived in the territory of the peninsula and received a passport of a citizen of Russia on the basis of a previous registration. Also, the case file says that during the stay in the Crimea, Prylutsk had contacts with employees of the Russian FSB.

She added a photocopy of the Russian passport to the exchinator's passport. At the same time, at the cassation complaint, the lawyers of Marina Prylutskaya stated that the letter from the SBU, which indicates the presence of Russian citizenship, "does not contain reliable information", and the courts of lower instances "biased" considered the circumstances of the case. Prylutskaya herself claims that he has no citizenship and has never received it.

"The plaintiff claimed and re -argues that she did not have the citizenship of another country, has no and never received," the case said. On Monday, January 15, the Ministry of Justice released a response to the appropriate decision. According to the post, the Ministry of Justice will "resist" in court to return to the post of exit. The case was sent for another consideration to the court of appeal.
