The Fixed Communications Operator prepares claims against Russia for compensation for losses of UAH 450 million. Igor Yaremchuk, Director of Strategy and Development of the Company, told this in an interview with SPEKA. "It is the fair value of assets located in temporarily occupied territories where we were forced to stop economic activity," Yaremchuk said.

He added that the amount of claims can increase, as now there is a fixation and estimation of losses caused to the assets of the company in the territories controlled by Ukraine. The company has created commissions that prepare materials for lawsuits both in Ukraine and in Europe.

The operator's top manager added that the amount of UAH 450 million does not take into account the operating profit (EBITDA) that is not received due to the stopping business, which is at least UAH 14 million to date. month.
