All funds are concentrated in Belgium, and in 2022 they were imposed 25% of the tax (about € 1. 7 billion). The Belgian government now supports financially Ukrainian refugees. At the same time, the funds for 2023 have not yet been taxed, but negotiations are under 100%tax for them and then transferred to Ukraine. It is 4. 4 billion euros. "Our fundamental position is that it would be additional funding, not part of the aid already agreed with the European Union. Most likely, international partners will not agree to use these funds to the defense sector. They will go to the budget deficit, social payments, restoration projects, etc. " Irina Wise emphasized.
