Increasing mobilization in Ukraine: can several men from the family call

The grounds for granting a delay from conscription during mobilization in Ukraine are defined by the Law "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization". In order to obtain such a right, you must apply and the necessary documents to the CCC. During the mobilization in Ukraine, some military citizens may be delayed from service in the Armed Forces. RBC-Ukraine told whether a call could be avoided if a close relative is already in the army.

The Law "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization" defines the list of grounds for deferral from the call. The document does not specify the number of people of one family who can be deferred if a close relative is in the Armed Forces during mobilization in Ukraine. As a result, the legislation allows you to call two brothers or father with their son if the VLK recognized them as suitable for service.

However, forcibly cannot be called during the mobilization in Ukraine by military members of the family, whose close relatives (husband, wife, son, daughter, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, brother or sister) were killed or missing during wartime. Also, men who raise a minor child or children whose wives are in the army are not subject to mobilization.

In case of delay grounds, it is necessary to personally submit the necessary documents to the head of the commission of the district (city) shopping center and the JV or department. Documents confirming the right to a deferral must be added to the application. We will remind, in the Ministry of Defense said that during the mobilization in Ukraine men with health problems may serve in the Tax Code, training units and security.
