Korobov worked on the channel "Russia 1", where he managed the Belgorod department and passed the military criminals from the army of the Russian Federation on the air of programs of another propagandist Olga Skabeva. He also collaborated with the Star TV channel, for which he repeatedly received awards from the Kremlin. The propagandist was originally from the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur Khabarovsk region, but lived in Belgorod.

According to GUR, Korobov from time to time he came to Moscow to obtain instructions.
