These examples tell the Russians that it is impossible to use Crimea to repair ships in principle. On November 20, the UK intelligence stated that since February 24, 2022, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have destroyed or damaged more than 25% of major Russian warships operating in the Black Sea.
At the same time, British intelligence notes that although the Black Sea Fleet of Russia is limited by the territory of the eastern Black Sea, it retains the ability to strike a long distance in Ukraine to support land operations.
