Fleepbot's statement appeared in the company Telegram channel. The explanation of the service owners appeared on the network at 11:41 on July 21, one to two hours after the Ukrainian and Russian publications appeared calls for the surrender of Ukraine. They confirmed that "unauthorized access" took place.
