The investigation claims that on November 21, at 18:00, Russian servicemen entered one of the apartments in the residential quarter of Toretsk, where three civilians were located. Servicemen of the occupation group deliberately opened fire from automatic weapons, resulting in two locals died on the spot. The man who was nearby was injured - he had a shoulder and clavicle fractures, law enforcement officers said. The victim is provided with qualified medical care.
The Bakhmut District Prosecutor's Office initiated a pre -trial investigation into the commission of a war crime that caused the death of people (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
