The expert mentioned the statements of the KSCA and Ova about the debris that fell in Svyatoshinsky, Holosiivskyi, Dniprovsky, Solomensk districts. In addition, he received information from unnamed sources in Ukrainian special services. The expert identified two groups of goals that were interested in the Russians. In his opinion, the main purpose of the enemy was the buildings of government officials and "objects of special services".

"The purpose could be the government quarter, namely the buildings of our intelligence: counterintelligence, special services, which, in the same way, are very, very, very, very, very and very much to their operations against the enemy," he said. The second group of the goals of the Russians - the objects of energy infrastructure, the expert said. According to him, there was a second attack on the Kiev hydroelectric power station to suffer from the lack of power supply.

"The Kiev hydroelectric power station is one of the goals that will remain for them [priority - ed. ]. They will try to continue rocket terror to leave us without light. They will not leave these attempts," Musienko said. "The attack is often practical: to create unbearable survival conditions for us. This is all that contains signs of genocide of the Ukrainian people," he summed up.
