The man said that the motive of the crime was allegedly "inner voice". According to the Russian media, "important histories" he lives in apatites and works as a monitor of the Murmansk Rzhd. Police previously detained it with the wording of "harming health". Andriy Chibis is currently in the Apatite-Kirov Central City Hospital, according to information from Interfax.
