The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation can start an offensive on the amount: Budanov told when it happens

The task of the Ukrainian military - to stabilize the front line in the Kharkiv region, and then push the enemy across the border. According to the head of the GUR Kirill Wysanova, the operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the region will last another 3-4 days. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation can go on the offensive in the Sumy region.

This was reported by the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov, in a comment to The New York Times. According to him, hostile attacks in the north of the Kharkiv region want to stretch the units of the Armed Forces and distract them from fighting in other sections of the front. Currently, the Ukrainian army is trying to redirect the military from different areas to strengthen the defense in Kharkiv region.

Budanov believes that the Ukrainian military will be able to strengthen the defense line and stabilize the front in the offensive several days, but the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation can begin a new attack in the north of Kharkov in Sumy region. "At the moment, our task is to stabilize the line and then start pushing them across the border," Kirill Budanov said, stressed that Ukrainian reserves were able to partially disrupt the enemy's plans.

He noted that the attack of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the Kharkiv region will last for another 3-4 days, and then the army of the Russian Federation will attack in the direction of Sumy. Ukrainian officer Pavel Velichko, who operates near the Russian border in Sumy region, reported that the enemy had strengthened shelling in the outskirts of the regional center.

We will remind, on May 13 military analyst Petro Chernyk reported that the Russian military can spend new raids in Sumy and Kiev regions. According to him, this should be expected from the enemy. On the same day, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksandr Litvinenko noted that at least 30 thousand military of the Russian Federation is taken in active fighting in Kharkiv region. He stressed that at least 50,000 people were initially concentrated on the borders.
