Increasing mobilization since May 18: What is important to know about the actions of the CCC, military accounting and service

These laws and laws increase mobilization in Ukraine and relate to conscripts between the ages of 18 and 60. People's Deputies changed the conscript age for conscripts. Earlier, the ranks of the defense forces could mobilize men aged 27 to 60 years. From now on, the rules have changed and may call other categories of citizens. What age is to be mobilized in 2024: citizens who do not meet these requirements can enter the army by volunteers by entering into an appropriate contract.

Starting on May 18, all conscripts must update military accounting data and have been listed in the Mobilization Law. For this purpose they were allocated 60 days - until July 16. Citizens' information is needed to determine how many people can be called to the ranks of defense forces. It will enter the State Register of Military Observer, told the Ministry of Defense.

For this purpose, they amended two articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Code of Administrative Offenses). In particular, the articles indicate that Ukrainians will be punished with greater fines if they violate the law during martial law.

What is the penalty for military accounting? This information is listed in Article 210 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - it concerns conscripts, conscripts, reservists: what penalties for evading mobilization, military service - this is Article 210 of the Code of Administrative Offenses: the Law also states that the shopping center has been entitled to issue a fine and not protocol. In the new provisions, some categories of Ukrainians who will not be called into the army were specified.

Who has armor from mobilization in 2024? These are citizens who work at some enterprises and individual authorities: what are the requirements of the enterprises whose employees can be distorted? The people's deputies also clarified whether a deferral of a second higher education or a re -admission to a bachelor's degree, if there is already a degree of chatter. The mobilization law states what does not give. According to the Mobilization Act, women in Ukraine can only voluntarily go into the army. The exceptions concern only Ukrainian women with medical and pharmaceutical specialties. If they are suitable, they have no reasons for deferral, aged 25-60 years, they can mobilize the CCC.

It is also indicated that women who have certain specialties can be on military registration. The list is given in the Order of the Ministry of Defense No. 313 of October 11, 20221. Among them are telecommunications, radio engineering, programmers, metrologists, polygraphists, psychologists and more. Such citizens can continue to receive consular services, but only by fulfilling the requirements of military accounting. From May 18, Ukrainians aged 18 to 60 should update military accounting data for 60 days. To do this, they can use an application with an electronic office of the military. What military accounting data should Ukrainians who are abroad should indicate: then the program generates a QR code that confirms the actualization of data for the CCC.

With this QR code you can go to diplomatic missions of Ukraine and receive consular services, for example-to draw up a foreign passport, an ID card, to certify documents, etc. The Ministry of Defense explained that the term military service is abolished in Ukraine, and instead it is introduced basic military training and basic military service. Preparation, starting in 2025, must be held by citizens studying in higher education institutions.

To do this, special time should be allocated in the schedule of the educational process. The basic military service, as indicated in the relevant provisions of the Law on Mobilization, will last 3 months during martial law and 5 months - in peacetime.
