"Stalin's descendants' manipulations": Kyslitsa told how the Russian Federation voted against itself in the UN (photo)

According to the post of Ukraine at the UN Sergey Kislytsya, the resolution to combat neo -Nazism is "the manipulation of the authorship of Stalin's descendants. " Russia supported the UN resolution to combat neo -Nazism, which it filed in the UN 18 years ago. In this case, she actually condemned herself, since the text of the document was amended with criticism of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. This was reported by a permanent representative of Ukraine to the UN Sergey Kislytsya.

The resolution was approved by 111 votes for 50 votes against. Sergei Kislytsa noted that the resolutions voted in voting the countries that "were most affected by Nazism and made a decisive contribution to its overthrow. " Post -representation of Ukraine called the document "manipulation of authorship of the Kremlin war criminals, descendants of Stalin.

" Among those who voted against the resolution: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Japan, Poland, Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, as well as Baltic countries, Georgia and Balkan states.

"In the UN, everything was not linear-the Russian Federation was forced to vote against itself, casting a voice for this resolution after the third committee approved an amendment in which Russia as an aggressor country is criticized," Kyslytsy wrote. In the text of the General Assembly, the UN notes that Russia "tries to justify its territorial aggression against Ukraine by the alleged destruction of neo -Nazism. " It emphasizes that such actions "undermine real measures to combat neo -Nazism.

" The amendments that condemned Russian aggression were included in the text of the resolution in November last year. At that time, the Russian representative to the UN Vasyl Nendya was also forced to vote in favor. Sergei Kislytsy called the voting in 2022 on the neonacism resolution "epic". We will remind, Russia was expelled from the UN Human Rights Council. The decision on suspension of Russian membership in the RPL General Assembly was made by 93 votes for.
