US Secretary of State Atony Blinken said this, Al Jazeera writes. In conversation with journalists, Blinken noted that the war in Ukraine should not be frozen under the Kremlin. "The world should not be misled by any tactical steps of Russia with the support of China or any other country aimed at freezing the war on its own conditions," Blinken said. The Secretary of State also stressed that it supports diplomatic efforts to establish a "just and strong peace".
At the same time, the official doubts that the PRC intends to protect Ukraine's independence and territorial integrity. "Any plan that does not form this most important principle is, at best, the tactics of the red tape or simply seek to alleviate an unfair result. This is a non-constructive diplomacy," the US Secretary of State stated.
It should be reminded that on March 17, the International Criminal Court decided to issue a warrant for the arrest of Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Commissioner under the President of the Russian Federation on the rights of the child Maria Lviv-Belova in connection with the illegal movement of children from Ukraine.
