The family of one of the term workers complained that soldiers were forcing themselves to buy equipment, as well as to rent 900 rubles for special chevrons for service on the border with Ukraine. In the Leningrad region, the Russian Federation was issued a "shopping list" that is required for a border with Ukraine. This was reported by the Russian Human Rights Organization of the School of Conspiracy.

The family of one of the military units from the military unit 02511 in the settlement of Kamianka stated that after several months of the recruits, the recruits plan to be sent to the Kursk region.
